💪 BUFF TRAINER: Operation Ozempic

   The city has been taken over by diners. Your mission, trainer: grab ozempic syringes at the clinic, hunt down the fat folks running around town, inject them, and drag them all the way to the GYM. The more people you train, the more points you score!

   But careful — if you go too long without delivering anyone to the gym, you'll lose your motivation and it's game over. And once you hit 500 points, the boss shows up: Talita Caroline, a giant who chases you down and squashes you on contact. Get rid of her by taking 3 people to the gym or by surviving long enough — watch her shrink as she gives up!
